… what the hell is the point of me training someone else to do my job so my position can be covered while I’m out, if I’m going to be told I can’t have vacation time? Um. Why not? Someone will be here who is trained and able to do my job – so why exactly CAN’T I have the time off? This is absolutely ridiculous.
