Grades

I got a 99 on my final, and a 99 for the module. Yay! 😀 Module 2 is supposed to be the toughest out of the 3 Accounting modules. Haha.

We start Module 3 on Monday, and finish that on November 24. That’s covers things like depreciation and uncollectible accounts and accruals, etc. After that is a 3-day module which covers some basic stuff, like interviewing and resumes and all that fun stuff.

So…. my grades thus far:

Oh! And I decided that I’m going to see if I can’t get DARS to cover the cost for the Excel class I want to take, since it is job-related. If they can’t/won’t – well, it is pretty cheap so it won’t matter. But it sure would be nice to not have to pay for that either. I like free educations. 😉 Haha.

Ugh

Today I have the first of 3 Vocational Adjustment Classes, that run from 9am-4pm. I am nervous. I have no idea what to expect. Not to mention, it’s been a loooong time since I’ve been anywhere for more than a couple hours. Ha. Oh well. Wish me luck!

Sometimes I really love where I work

I went down to the break room on the third floor to hit on the vending machines. When I got down there, two men (I’d guestimate in their mid 40’s) had four tables shoved together. Spread out on the tables they had a Risk board set up, and were playing. It amused me to no end to see them in there rolling the dice and conquering the world. *giggles*

Edit: Er… that would be “to hit up the vending machines” not “hit ON“. Because. Yeah. I have no desire to hit on a vending machine. But it was just too funny for me to change it. hahah.
